Our Lamonica Brand Original Scungilli is caught just off the Delaware Bay and transferred directly to our state-of-the-art, Southern NJ facility. Here, each conch is hand plucked, cleaned, and graded to ensure the perfect size and tenderness. We handle every step of production, from ocean to plate, ensuring that our standards of quality and freshness are never compromised. 

Cafe Martorano's Marinara Sauce
These delicious pasta sauces are made from imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes and extra virgin olive. They have a very distinct flavor and sweetness – there is no added sugar, corn syrup or preservatives. What makes it different than other pasta sauces is that they are made with fresh herbs such as fresh basil, garlic and onions and spices.
