Our ocean clams (also known as quahogs) are caught off the coast of NJ and canned just a few miles away, ensuring maximum freshness. They are transported live to our state-of-the-art, Southern NJ facility, where they are shucked, pressure cooked, and canned. We control every step of production, from ocean to plate, ensuring that our standards of quality and freshness are never compromised.
