Our Cape May brand sea clams (also known as Atlantic surf clams) are caught off the coast of NJ and canned just a few miles away, for maximum freshness. They are transported live from our fleet of clamming vessels directly to our state-of-the-art, Southern NJ facility where they are shucked, processed and canned. We handle every step of production, from ocean to plate, ensuring that our standards of quality and freshness are never compromised.
