In 1904, on the corner of Mott and Hester Streets, The Original Vincent’s Clam Bar was established in the heart of New York’s Little Italy.

Using only the freshest of ingredients and “Old World” recipes, Vincent’s offered an authentic Italian dining experience to all of its guests and a century old American tradition was officially born.

Today, Vincent’s Clam Bar in Carle Place continues that 100 year old tradition by offering an authentic “Taste of Little Italy” in every jar of our delicious homemade sauces. Our sauces are prepared using the same handcrafted technique passed down from generation to generation preserving the unique and classic flavor that began as a family secret over a century ago.
