Our Lamonica Brand Original Scungilli is caught just off the Delaware Bay and transferred directly to our state-of-the-art, Southern New Jersey facility. Here, each conch is hand plucked, cleaned, and graded to ensure the perfect size and tenderness. We handle every step of production, from ocean to plate, ensuring that our standards of quality and freshness are never compromised.

Chopped Sea Clams
Our tender, hand-shucked sea clams are the perfect addition to any clam sauce, pasta dish, salad and more. Sea clams, also known as Atlantic Surf Clams, are light, tender, and mild in flavor, with just a hint of sweetness.

All of our LaMonica brand sea clams are caught off the coast of New Jersey and canned just a few miles away, for maximum freshness. They are transported live from our fleet of clamming vessels directly to our state-of-the-art Southern New Jersey facility where they are hand-shucked, processed, and canned. We handle every step of production, from ocean to plate, ensuring that our standards of quality and freshness are never compromised.
