Ingredients:
2 pounds cooked shrimp
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
3/4 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup Cape May Sea Juice
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup prepared horseradish
1 ripe avocado peeled, pitted, & chopped
salt to taste
Instructions:
Place shrimp in a large bowl. Stir in garlic, red onion, and cilantro.
Mix in tomato juice, Cape May Sea Juice, ketchup, lime juice, and horseradish.
Season with salt. Gently stir in avocado.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Serve while cold.
