Ingredients:
1 51 oz can LaMonica or Cape May Chopped Clams (do not drain)
5 cups of corn
1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried basil leaves
salt & pepper to taste
pasta or rice for serving
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, sauté garlic and onion in oil until tender.
Add other ingredients, except clams, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add clams and simmer until heated.
Serve over pasta or rice.
