Ingredients:
1 - 6.5 oz cans LaMonica Chopped Sea Clams (drained, reserving 1/4 cup of liquid)
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes (or 1 tsp of fresh chopped parsley)
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sour cream, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Mix in clams and reserved liquid to stir the dip to desired consistency.
Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
Serve with potato chips or vegetables for dipping.
